The attentive staff, especially Valeria at reception, went above and beyond-returning my forgotten earphones promptly and ensuring my every need was met. The hotel's well-maintained garden furniture created a perfect setting for relaxation, and the efficient heating and air conditioning made my stay incredibly comfortable regardless of the weather outside.
