The spacious and newly refurbished room provided not only a comfortable sitting area but also a private terrace that offered breathtaking views of the lake, allowing me to unwind in the serene atmosphere. The attentive staff, especially Valeria at reception, went above and beyond-returning my forgotten earphones promptly and ensuring my every need was met. The hotel's well-maintained garden furniture created a perfect setting for relaxation, and the efficient heating and air conditioning made my stay incredibly comfortable regardless of the weather outside. With exceptional service, stunning scenery, and thoughtful amenities, Ghiffa stands out as a true gem on Lake Maggiore, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers.
